A supported liner sits inside a particular frame. A thick-rim silicone mold may be listed for standalone use. A pattern insert has a different job again, so check where and how it contacts the mold.
Measure the seating surfaces
Compare the interior base, rim and corner shapes of the receiving mold. Similar nominal sizes can have different usable depths or a different flange that prevents a liner from sitting level.
